Welcome to Jones Global Travel, LLC. We love what we do — creating unforgettable travel experiences for adults who are ready to explore the world in style. These Terms and Conditions explain how we work together. Please read them carefully before booking. By placing a deposit or making a payment, you're confirming that you've read, understood, and agreed to everything here. Questions? Email us at Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com — we're always happy to help.
Agency / We / Us / Our: Jones Global Travel, LLC — including our employees, agents, and subcontractors.
Client / You / Your: The person or group booking travel through us, and everyone in your traveling party.
Suppliers: The hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other third-party companies that deliver your travel experience.
Deposit: The initial payment that secures your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment: The date by which your trip must be paid in full, as shown on your invoice.
Travel Proposal: The full trip itinerary, pricing, and policies we present to you before you book.
Force Majeure: Events completely outside anyone's control — natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions — that may require changes or cancellations to your travel.
Jones Global Travel, LLC is a travel agency — we plan, coordinate, and book your trip on your behalf. We don't own or operate the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or tour companies that deliver your experience. We're the bridge between you and those suppliers.
When you submit a deposit or make a payment, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full, allowing us to accept each supplier's terms on your behalf, and agreeing to follow the policies of both Jones Global Travel, LLC and the applicable suppliers. Breaking these terms constitutes a breach of your travel agreement and may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
We serve clients based in the United States. All clients must be 18 or older to purchase travel services. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If a minor is traveling with someone other than a parent, airlines and resorts may require a notarized letter of parental consent.
Having the right documents is your responsibility. We are not responsible for travel issues, denied boarding, or additional costs caused by missing or incorrect documentation.
For travel within the United States, you need a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or state photo ID. If your ID is not REAL ID compliant, a valid passport is required. Learn more at https://www.dhs.gov/real-id.
A valid passport book is required for all international travel and cruises. Your passport must not expire within six months of your return date and must have at least two blank pages.
PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVEL. Only a standard passport book is accepted. If you show up without one, you will be denied boarding — no refund, no exceptions.
If your passport is lost or stolen while traveling, report it immediately to local police and your nearest embassy or consulate, and notify us as soon as possible.
If your passport was issued by a country other than the United States, check with your country's consulate about entry requirements before booking. We are not responsible for denied entry or deportation for non-U.S. passport holders.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Your Travel Proposal will show the deposit amount required.
Full payment is typically required at least 60 days before your departure date. If you book within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
When you book, we automatically enroll you in our payment plan. Payments are processed every 30 days and divided evenly between your deposit date and your final payment due date. We'll send you an invoice showing every payment amount and due date. To opt out, email Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com within seven days of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and Zelle. All payments made within 60 days of departure must be by credit or debit card. Credit card payments may carry a processing fee — we'll disclose the amount before charging.
Your trip must be paid in full by the Final Payment date on your invoice. If full payment isn't received by that date, your reservation may be canceled without notice and without a refund.
Any payment not received by its due date will incur a $50.00 late fee. If a payment is 60 or more days overdue, your reservation may be canceled and supplier penalties may apply. Late fees are non-refundable and are not covered by travel insurance.
If your reservation is canceled and you want to reinstate it, contact us within 14 calendar days. A $150.00 reinstatement fee applies and must be paid before we attempt to reconfirm your booking. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.
By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorizing us or our suppliers to charge the amount shown on your invoice. All payments are 100% non-refundable. Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued. The charge on your statement may appear from a supplier or airline rather than from Jones Global Travel, LLC directly. By submitting payment, you also agree not to initiate a chargeback as long as the charge matches your invoice.
Changes are subject to availability and supplier terms. A $100.00 per person change fee applies to all modifications, plus any additional fees charged by the supplier. Changes made within 30 days of departure may carry higher fees.
Even minor spelling corrections can require a full cancellation and rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, corrections will incur an airline rebooking fee. Submit all name change requests in writing to Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com.
In some cases, you may transfer your booking to another person, subject to supplier approval and additional fees. Unless your Travel Proposal states otherwise, deposits are non-transferable.
To cancel, send your request in writing to Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com. Your reservation is not canceled until you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip if enrollment is insufficient, or if a Force Majeure event makes the trip impossible. If we cancel, we'll notify you right away and offer a full refund of amounts paid directly to Jones Global Travel, LLC (subject to supplier recovery), or an alternative trip of similar standard if available.
If you're organizing a group, you'll sign a separate Service Agreement that covers the services provided and responsibilities.
We organize and host group trips that may include extra perks like ground transportation, exclusive events, or special amenities. Each hosted trip has its own itinerary with additional terms.
Our hosted group trips require a minimum number of travelers to operate. If a trip doesn't reach that minimum, we reserve the right to cancel and will offer a full refund or the option to move to another available group trip.
Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's set menu or buffet as described in the itinerary. Beverages are not included unless specifically stated. Special dietary needs must be submitted in writing at least four weeks before departure.
Rooms are based on double-occupancy with one King bed. Two Double beds may be requested but are not guaranteed. We book 4-star properties and above. If a hotel change becomes necessary for reasons outside our control, we'll find a comparable or better option.
For the best pricing, roommates must book at the same time. If your roommate cancels, they're subject to the cancellation policy. You may face a single supplement fee. We don't offer roommate matching and aren't responsible for cost increases if a roommate backs out.
On escorted tours, we allow one checked bag and one carry-on per person, regardless of what the airline permits. Extra bags may be subject to a handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.
Where included, send complete flight details to Octavia@JonesGlobalTravel.com at least four weeks before departure. Your driver will wait up to one hour after your scheduled arrival. If you miss the pickup, you're responsible for alternative transportation costs. Transportation fees are non-refundable.
Respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, guides, local residents, and service providers is expected at all times. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a trip whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or incompatible with the group experience. The cost of getting home is on you. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
If you arrive visibly ill or develop a fever during the trip, we may ask you to step away from group activities and visit a local medical facility. You'll need medical clearance before rejoining the group. All medical costs and additional expenses are your responsibility.
Your Name Must Match Your ID: TSA requires that your name on your ticket matches your government-issued ID exactly. Please give us the correct spelling of your name as it appears on your passport or ID, along with date of birth, gender, address, phone number, and email for everyone in your party.
Confirming Your Flight: Confirm flight times and departure terminal directly with your airline within 24 hours of departure.
When to Arrive: Arrive at least two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights.
Missed Flights: If you miss a flight, contact the airline immediately. All additional costs are your responsibility. We are not liable for expenses resulting from missed flights.
Schedule Changes: We'll notify you of any changes we're aware of, but we're not responsible for airline-initiated changes, routing adjustments, or cancellations. If you change your flight directly with the airline, notify us in writing immediately.
TSA PreCheck / Global Entry: Add your Known Traveler Number directly to your reservation with the airline. We'll pass it along if provided, but confirming it's on your reservation is your responsibility.
Frequent Flier Miles: Contact your airline directly about mileage eligibility. Not all bookings qualify.
Baggage Fees: Baggage rules and fees vary by airline. We are not responsible for baggage fees or for lost or damaged luggage.
If you've booked airport transfers through us, send your complete flight details — arrival and departure times, flight numbers, airline names, and airports — to Octavia@JonesGlobalTravel.com at least 30 days before departure.
Your driver will wait up to one hour after your scheduled arrival. If you miss the pickup for any reason, alternative transportation is your responsibility. Transfer fees are non-refundable. We are not directly responsible for delays or issues caused by the transfer provider.
Every country has its own rules for who can enter and what documents are required. It's your responsibility to research and meet the entry requirements for every country on your itinerary, including transit countries. Check www.travel.state.gov for current requirements. We are not responsible if you're denied entry for any reason.
Note: Some countries require aircraft to be treated with insecticide before landing. A list is available at https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.
Medical Care: If you need medical attention during your trip, local services will be called. All medical costs are your responsibility. Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended.
Vaccinations and Health Requirements: You're responsible for knowing and meeting all health entry requirements for your destination. Check www.cdc.gov and www.who.int for current recommendations.
COVID-19: By traveling with us, you acknowledge the risk of COVID-19 exposure and agree to hold Jones Global Travel, LLC harmless for any COVID-19-related illness, quarantine, or travel disruption, including changes required by government restrictions.
If you or anyone in your party has a disability or special need, please tell us at the time of booking or at least 45 days before departure. We'll do everything reasonably possible to accommodate you, though not every destination or property can accommodate every need.
Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices — Domestic: We follow ADA guidelines and will do our best to accommodate mobility devices. Some tour features may still not be fully accessible. We cannot provide individual hands-on assistance.
Wheelchairs and Mobility Devices — International: International properties are not subject to ADA requirements. Elevators, ramps, and wide doorways are not guaranteed. Wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters may not be permitted on motor coaches or river cruises.
Service Animals: If you need a service animal on a domestic tour, let us know before booking. Service animals cannot be accommodated at all international destinations.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Our cancellation policy is firm — travel insurance is the most effective way to protect yourself if something unexpected comes up. Look for coverage that includes:
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Insurance: CFAR policies let you cancel for any reason and still receive a partial refund — typically 50%–75% of your trip cost, with some policies offering 100%. This is worth serious consideration given our non-refundable payment policy.
Obtaining travel insurance is solely the client's responsibility. Insurance premiums are non-refundable once purchased.
If a refund is owed to you, we'll process it as quickly as possible. Please understand that supplier refunds can take 30–90 days. We ask that you give us time to work through the proper channels before going to your credit card company.
By paying and agreeing to these Terms, you agree not to initiate a chargeback unless Jones Global Travel has failed to perform its obligations and has not responded to a written complaint. If you do initiate a chargeback, we'll assess a $50.00 administrative fee to cover the cost of gathering documentation and responding. This fee is due regardless of the outcome.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, Jones Global Travel, LLC will have no independent refund or credit obligation beyond what is recoverable from the applicable supplier(s). Our obligations to you are expressly limited to the remedies — including refunds, credits, vouchers, or rebooking options — made available by the supplier under the supplier's own terms at the time of the Force Majeure event.
We will make every reasonable effort to advocate on your behalf with suppliers to recover funds or secure alternative arrangements. Any supplier-issued credits or vouchers will be passed through to you with all supplier-imposed terms intact, including expiration dates and usage restrictions.
This is one of the key reasons we recommend travel insurance — particularly Cancel For Any Reason coverage.
Jones Global Travel, LLC is a travel agency — we coordinate and book your trip, but we don't own or operate the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or tour operators. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of any supplier or third party.
We're also not responsible for injury, loss, illness, death, or inconvenience caused by acts of God, government actions, war or civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, overbooking, property defects, transportation failures, animal or insect encounters, recreational activity risks, food poisoning, inadequate medical care, or any other circumstances outside our direct control.
By booking with us, you're accepting the inherent risks of travel knowingly and voluntarily and agree to hold Jones Global Travel, LLC harmless for claims arising from those risks. You confirm that you have no known condition that would prevent you from safely participating in your trip.
Indemnification: You agree to cover Jones Global Travel, LLC for any claims, damages, or legal costs that arise from your own negligence, wrongful conduct, or breach of these Terms.
If an issue comes up during your trip, let the service provider know right away and copy us in. If the issue wasn't resolved during your trip, submit a written complaint within 30 days of returning to Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com. We'll acknowledge within three business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. Unresolved disputes proceed to the arbitration process below.
We collect personal information only to book and manage your travel and to communicate with you. We share your information with suppliers only as needed, under conditions of confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information. For our full Privacy Policy, visit our Privacy Policy page. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information — email Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com.
By traveling with us, you give Jones Global Travel, LLC the permanent, royalty-free right to use photos and videos taken during your trip — including images that feature you — for promotional and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer not to appear in our materials, let us know in writing at least four weeks before your trip.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication or our complaints process will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration — not in court. Arbitration will follow the then-current Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of JAMS, at our election, and will take place in Denton County, Texas, under Texas law.
Damages Cap: If you prevail in arbitration, your recovery is limited to the actual amount paid to Jones Global Travel, LLC for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.
No Jury Trial: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial for any covered dispute.
No Class Actions: All disputes are handled individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
Legal Costs: Each party covers their own legal fees and arbitration costs, unless the arbitrator determines a claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The courts of Denton County, Texas have jurisdiction solely for the purpose of enforcing any arbitration award issued under our Resolving Disputes clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes — to cancellation policy, payment terms, or dispute resolution — we'll give clients with active bookings at least 30 days written notice by email before the change takes effect. Minor updates may be made without notice. If you have a confirmed booking when a material change takes effect, your original Terms apply unless you agree in writing to the new ones.
Travel comes with inherent risks — illness, injury, accidents, theft, weather events, and disruptions beyond anyone's control. By traveling with us, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them, whether or not they were foreseeable.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Jones Global Travel, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability — including claims arising from our own negligence — for any injury, death, loss, or harm to you or your property during travel arranged by us.
By booking with us, you confirm you've read and understood this release and that you're agreeing to it voluntarily. It is binding on you, your heirs, and your legal representatives.
By submitting a deposit or payment, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, understood the cancellation policy, payment terms, and liability limitations, and voluntarily chosen to book this trip with full knowledge of the conditions, risks, and hazards involved. This agreement is binding on you, every member of your traveling party, and any minor children traveling with you.
We're here to help. Reach us at Info@JonesGlobalTravel.com before you book.
